 PRODUCT + PACKAGING INFORMATION

The prints can be trimmed down to fit a smaller frame.  I like to display the 8.5x11 prints in a 11x14 frame with a 8x10 mat. 

Digital Items: The printables are a pdf download, nothing will be mailed to you. Print as many pages as you need for personal use only. Please keep in mind that the colors might be slightly different as monitors and printers/ink are all different.  We do not provide any printing help.  All sales are final.

The Magic Collection: This item is not a licensed product. I do not claim ownership of any character or image used in my designs. Copyrights and/or trademarks of any character and/or image used belong to their respective owners and are not being sold.

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped in approximately 2-3 days.  All orders will be shipping from Alaska (we generally ship first class via USPS) and may take anywhere 7-10 days for you to receive.  A tracking notification will be emailed to you, please keep in mind it may take a few days for the tracking to update.  

Due to the size of the large rigid mailers the mail carrier may place your package near the  front door or in a parcel locker.  

USA shipping only, we do not ship internationally. 

PAYMENT + RETURNS

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.  

We package our items very carefully to ensure they get to you in perfect shape.  Once your package leaves our hands we are not responsible for any damages that might occur during transit.  Please contact us if there is problem with your order.

No refunds on digital download items.

SEMI-CUSTOM BLOG DESIGN TERMS + POLICIES

PROCESS

Purchase the design and fill out the design questionnaire.

Once we receive your information I will start working on your custom header/logo. Please respond to emails promptly to make the design process run smoothly. I will email you a header/logo proof for you to review and you will be allowed up to two revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged a design fee.

When the header/logo is approved I will need your blogger sign-in to install the design. We always keep your information confidential.

Once everything is installed you are good to go!

BLOG UPGRADES

Any available extras we offer are listed on the design form.  You will be billed separately for these.

INFORMATION + TERMS

This service includes a custom header/logo, up to 5 social buttons, about me picture for the sidebar + welcome message, navigation menu bar, favicon and installation.

Keep in mind this header/logo is intended for the blog that we install it on only. You will not be receiving any logo files and the header/logo should remain intact as it was designed and not be used or altered in any other design.  A for print header/logo image does not come with the purchase, it is for use on your blog design only.

It a good idea to back up your blog before we install the design. If you have custom coding already added to your blog template please let MDG know.

Please allow 2-3 weeks to complete your design. It's helpful for email correspondence to be prompt for MDG to be able to complete the blog design.

This service is for the blogger platform only.

We do not offer any help with set up, images, posting, etc. You are responsible for adding/deleting the sidebar widgets.

This is only a design + installation service. We do not keep any files stored unless you purchase the file storage option for $10.00

MDG reserves the right to refuse a blog design request/order.

LOGO + BRANDING INFORMATION

WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?

Primary Logo - One of the most important elements of your brand!  Includes the name of your company or blog, may also include a tag line.

Secondary Variant Logo - An slightly different version of your primary logo.  This logo could include a border or a different letter alignment. 

Watermark - A light/white version of your logo for you to place on your product photos, images etc.

Sub Mark - A smaller more simple version of your primary logo.  Can be used as a monogram, favicon, or profile picture.  

Brand Board - Displays all of the key elements for your brand including logos, color palette, font palette, patterns and inspirational photos on one image.  See our Branding Portfolio for examples.

Icon/Graphic Element - A symbol/image that coordinates with your brand.

Color Palette - Usually a set of 5 colors that represent your brand.  Hex codes will be included.

Font Palette - A selection of 2-3 fonts that are picked for your brand.  The fonts could be used in your site design, printed materials, etc.  Please note font files are not included in the logo or branding packages.  The information on where to find the fonts will be given to you.  Various fonts are free but some you might need to purchase.

Inspiration Photos - Up to 4 photos (usually found on pinterest) that reflect the vibe of your brand.

Pattern Design - A pattern/texture design that  compliments your brand style adding a visual pop!  Could include: stripes, polka dots, etc.

Social Media Profile Image - A square sized image that you will be able to use across many social media platforms. 

PROCESS

Once your payment has been made, you will need to fill out the design survey.  We will start on your project staying in contact with you for any questions or updates. It is helpful to have timely responses to move the process along.  All communication is via email.

2-3 revisions are allowed for each design element such as a logo-submark-patterns-business card design, post card design, sticker design, etc.  Anything beyond 3 revisions with be charged a design fee

We will need to the sizing for printed materials before we create a design. It's also helpful for us to know which printer you will be using.

Once the files are delivered to you, no other changes can be made.  There are no refunds/cancellations given and MDG reserves the right to refuse a request.  We promise to work hard to ensure you LOVE your design!
